My criticism is that the resources he dedicated to it were insufficient relative to the harm done and danger posed by Trump and that this criticism can also be laid at Biden’s feet because the president appoints the AG, and therefore could have appointed a new one.

Personally I blame the 77 million people who voted for this clown and the 90 million who stayed home. Where we disagree is that Garland’s failure to throw the whole weight of the DOJ against Trump after he attacked American democracy and was gearing up to do worse was a contributor to his return to power.

This is why you can't filter your understanding of the world through an AI. And, on a related note, why alt text should be written by humans. Or, at the very least, written with the instructions to rewrite any text exactly as it's written in the image, with the finished alt text double checked by a human.
