Malka Beth@Lizette603_23 they're cooked like & taste similar Kale, to the point where I don't see much of a point in growing both, but rather I prefer to separate them out, when I'm freezing & reheating them, from the florets & stems.
@BrahmaBelarusian Interesting they don't taste like kale at all to my palate. Different strokes different folks, eh?
@BrahmaBelarusian I blanch them all before freezing and store chunky with chunky and leafy with leafy.
