Speaking #solarpunk #ttrpg #gamedesign I'm pretty interested in https://www.rascal.news/forge-bonds-through-pit-stops-and-awkward-road-trip-conversations-in-runeway/ , a journey / coming-of-age / emotional growth game which doesn't suggest that we resolve every problem with violence.

It reminds me of Wanderhome.

It's much more fantastical than the Solarpunk stories I like, but I absolutely love the illustrations there.

@bluesexplosion the starter pack is in English as well!

I did play the Earthborn Rangers and bounced off of the complexity of the game. I've attempted to learn it 3 times, but I'm just not up to so much time to finish a single quest. Maybe playing it with someone who's used to Arkham would be better...

@alxd Right. Iā€™ve heard quite a few times that thereā€™s a bit of a learning curve. Iā€™m still dead set on giving it a go, though. An expansion is being released at the moment. Maybe during the summer holidays. There are also rule guides and walkthroughs on YouTube.
