Old_IT_geek I voted Yes@Qldaah this is worse than stupid. I can reach 60kph on my non-electric road bike with no licence or registration. But my speed limited 25kph e-bike will need a licence insurance and registration!

Dale Reardon@Old_IT_geek @Qldaah Once you are a fully registered vehicle then you the rider (if you get injured) and anyone you hit or injure will be covered by compulsory insurance. You the rider will also become subject to drink driving laws of a registered vehicle
