It’s a great way to get out of your own head. Serve others, and serve the better parts of yourself in return

@Mrfunkedude adding to the theme : there's volunteering you can do from home! For example, I've often collaborated with non profits who want to make educational materials for underprivileged children. And given online lectures for free schools. Find something that you can do. My neighbour has a little backyard and she takes care of an enormous mango tree. She gives them out every summer. One small thing will also help I promise.
