PSA: If someone claiming to be from your bank, credit card, or anything, initiates contact with you in anyway, do not give them any information. None. Hang up. Do not respond to the email or text. Contact that company or doctor's office or whatever in a safe way you know how to, and deal with the matter that way.
Scammers are sophisticated and I'm willing to bet AI is only making it easier for them to connect dots. Be safe out there.
