I'm not on TikTok but my wife will occasionally show me a video that I think warrants breaking containment. Here is Stephen Spencer who takes stories written by his 3 year old and turns them into songs and it is adorable.

@TheBreadmonkey

I love those vids. I couldn't follow fast enough--so adorable. His music sounds good. 😁

@TheBreadmonkey Oh my good lord that's fantastic.

"And it all falled down" 😁

@TheBreadmonkey Ha! Sadly, how many times can we say that people didn't simply 'pick things up'... ;>)

@TheBreadmonkey

I follow him on Instagram and every time I see one I think how nice it would be to get bad news this way.

@TheBreadmonkey Ohmygawd, so hilarious and sweet!

@TheBreadmonkey Nope, sorry, still loathe the TikTok format with the fire of 1000 angry suns. I honestly don't know how it does it, but it can utterly ruin even the cutest song and/or animal for me.

Same goes for Youtube shorts - Jason Pargin is one of my fave commenters but I've stopped watching his stuff because the idiot has taken to only publish it as TT/YT shorts...

Mobile first video can get fucked.

@TheBreadmonkey The gluten-free part had me laughing so hard!
@TheBreadmonkey It's incredible how creative and positively nonsense babies/little kids are. What a great work! (I don't have tik tok nor Instagram xD ) thanks for sharing
@TheBreadmonkey Thanks. That’s the joy my day needed.
@TheBreadmonkey This guy's absolute worst thing he ever plays will be better than the absolute best thing I ever play. Just wow.
@paco
Yeah. This was what crossed my mind, too.
Sigh.
But that's not the point, I tell myself. The important thing is: Am I enjoying playing?
And also knowing this two minutes and change represents probably several days of recording and rerecording and mixing and such.
@TheBreadmonkey I couldn't love this any more than I do. 🫠
@TheBreadmonkey Better than the corporate slop that’s on the radio these days. Bravo ‘Little Tall Prince’

@TheBreadmonkey

"Suno ... meet Daddy-o."

@TheBreadmonkey Such an awesome dad. I can't even begin to say how touching this is.
@doctormo @TheBreadmonkey Aww, that's super adorable, how awesome, and also a great story, you gotta love delving in to the mind of a 3-year-old. Lol!
@doctormo @TheBreadmonkey I do wonder where she might have heard stuff about gluten free, because as a 3-year-old, I may not have known something was gluten free or not, I bet her mother is probably a person who's alergic to gluten or maybe one of her friends. Lol.
@TheBreadmonkey "Everything all falled down but he picked it up..." This is genius writing there...
@TheBreadmonkey completely adorable and the alt text is sweet
@TheBreadmonkey I've been singing this song all day... my god so good
