Fellow blue teamers, we can like...just take a couple weeks off. It'll be fine.

Honestly this would be more likely to help the economy than harm it; half the people I know are passing the same $20 bill around to each other to try to stay afloat.

If we can't get the actual government to free up the billionaires' hoards, then a debt jubilee courtesy of the Iranians kind of sounds appealing as a way to get peoples' heads back above water.

Also I've never seen "Mr. Robot" so the references are completely missing me, but I'm unsurprised a "hacker" show would have that as a plot point.
@munin It's the meta-plot for the whole series.

@munin

It seems they watch Mr Robot in Iran 🙂🤷‍♂️

@munin #Iran "threatening people in the #USA with a good time"?

Seriously, I thought they were "sworn enemies"

#sarcasm #USpol #IRpol

@kkarhan @munin Iran threatening to do to the US govt, what the govt does to its citizens whenever it can get away with it.

There's an old saying "The enemy of my enemy is my friend".

@RupertReynolds @munin except they won't and ain't!
@kkarhan @munin that sounds like a viable approach to get the us american people to mass protest against this war. Millions of people suddenly debt free protesting for their saviours

@condret @munin The sad part is that I'd not be surprised if this were to actually happen…

  • Like people "libbed out" on some fash hatespeaker who got his words fulfilled upon himself.

Why libs love a Charlie Kirk

@dank @munin exactly my thoughts

Fight Club was the first thing I thought of, too.
@munin on behalf of Germany I, too, express sympathy for this very specific Iranian idea.

@munin I'm not, uh, connected to Iran or anything, but Iranian Hackers, if you're listening...
