@timstoop It's my sixth or seventh Kubecon, so it's a mix of meeting old friends and exchanging was stories, getting a feel for the current trends and hopefully catching a couple of weird but entertaining talks. Being foie gras fed advertising from major vendors isn't high on my list - same goes for AI talks, although I've moved a little in that regard lately. What the customer wants, and all that.
I haven't checked the talks yet, but I'll be looking for anything related to Terraform, OpenTofu, CNPG, Flux, CoreDNS, K8s on the edge as well as any talks clarifying the future of ingress vs gateways. If someone happens to talk about writing operators in KubeBuilder, I'd go for that too.

I'm actually not attending myself 🙁 maybe next time.
But I'd be very much interested in user stories and war stories and failure stories. That would be my main interest.
From a technical pov, I'd be interested in any CAPI developments and expected features. And how operators are actually improving lives (cnpg is an awesome example for sure!).
