Friday #Workout:
22 minutes of yoga for runners.
30 minutes of strength training.
12 KM of #Running (light snow, -8Β°C, -11 windchill, 87% humidity, and 6 KM/H wind).
Today marks the completion of the 70th time I've completed the Yoga for Runners program. Strength was good, followed by another Zone 2 run (11%, 81%, 8%). Route was messy again with light fresh snow everywhere.
Did not expect to complete the #AppleFitness February challenge (25 runs in 28 days), and yet, here I am. π€·π»ππ»
