Friday #Workout:
22 minutes of yoga for runners.
30 minutes of strength training.
12 KM of #Running (light snow, -8Β°C, -11 windchill, 87% humidity, and 6 KM/H wind).

Today marks the completion of the 70th time I've completed the Yoga for Runners program. Strength was good, followed by another Zone 2 run (11%, 81%, 8%). Route was messy again with light fresh snow everywhere.

Did not expect to complete the #AppleFitness February challenge (25 runs in 28 days), and yet, here I am. πŸ€·πŸ»πŸ––πŸ»

Congrats for reaching the February goal, I had completely forgotten mine until it popped up yesterday. πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ There are quite a lot of months when these monthly goals are very easy to reach, then there are those months you really have to dig in – and then there are the *ah, let’s just raise the amount of X by 10 percent* months. They are extremely annoying because itβ€˜s so hard to get anywhere near reaching that goal.

@sebastianhahn Agreed; some of them are not remotely achievable. And it shouldn't always be about adding *more* exercise.

Eventually, we'd be working out 16 hours a day. 😳🀣
