Tortilla de patatas ✨

A esta receta si que le tengo pillado el truco, intento hacerla de vez en cuando porque está riquísima.

Primero frío las patatas finitas y tapadas. Cuándo ya estén blanditas pero aun no se han terminado pongo la cebolla picada para que se fría también.

Por otra parte hago el sustituto del huevo mezclando agua, harina de garbanzo, maicena, vinagre, sal y sal de huevo si tengo. A esta mezcla le añado la patata y la cebolla cuando esté lista y de nuevo a la sartén vuelta y vuelta.

La hago igual pero a veces no le echo leche de soja, a veces le echo levadura, otras no... Es cuestión de ir pillandole el truco y para mí, hacerla lo más sencilla posible.

@margamp @yoquese Que pintaza. Recuerdo que la mejor tortilla de patatas que comi vegana fue en Barcelona. En una tienda que habia por la Calle Verdi. Igualita que con huevo. #govegan
