A3. I'm not sure exactly what's wrong just yet pending a look by the bike shop, but my REI Gen E 1.1 e-bike sometimes loses power and I have to reboot the bike computer to reset it. It might be a torque sensor? The power to the lights and the display is fine so I don't think it's a battery glitch.
(This is not the bike with winter tires on it, so if it ends up taking a little while to figure out that's OK by me.)
