Phantom Kitty@best_of_mltshp At my last three jobs as a software tester, the team I was on was located in 3 or 4 different offices, all in different time zones and at least one office in a different country. There was never a time when the entire team was in the same physical office. We relied on Teams (or its predecessor Lync) to be able to work together.
Unless your team is working on developing hardware or something else physical (like a medical treatment), there is no reason for everyone to be at the office, and usually no reason to be in the office at all.
