I understand it’s an apocalypse now reference in terms of the structure of the phrase, but the prefix doesn’t make sense. Is this a new slur I’m unaware of?
It has apparently been used before once in the context of a Disney show but after a cursory read of the summary it didn’t seem relevant at all.
