seeing another round of "don't favorite posts on fedi"

folks it is a kind and lovely thing to favorite someone's post and anyone who tells you not to be kind and lovely has told you something about themself

it's true that it doesn't particulary increase the distribution of your post but the idea that we're all here to get things distributed as far as possible is pretty weird

If I had a storefront pizza place, I'd offer a range of fridge-cold pizza slices on the menu.

It's a whole different food item. I wouldn't say I liked pizza cold more than hot nor vice-versa – they're just different things, both tasty.

I can't be the only one who likes a cold slice sometimes. Untapped market people! Cha-ching.

Reddit seems to have deleted a post with 7400 upvotes and the title:
