In response to the dismantling of the CDC, California, Oregon, and Washington have launched the West Coast Health Alliance, which will make their own science-based vaccine guidelines, and make sure vaccines are accessible to everyone.

Canada is nice for sure. However, I'm pretty done with Ontario and especially Quebec driving the bus. It would never happen without a major North American breakdown but we'll see what rises from the ashes when the Fourth Reich collapses coupled with some major climate change wallops. Cascadia makes more sense to me than a country centred around the GTA to Quebec City corridor.
