@jstevenyork @arstechnica "No policy he does involves logic or reason." Why do you think so? I mean he is doing big business in renovating skyscrapers, hotels, casinos, all of which may contain that stuff if old enough.
There would be much less costs if workers need no extra protection when demolishing buildings containing it, less costs putting that stuff in landfills and even options of keeping it in buildings while renovating.
Its for the profits. His and his partners.
