Heās not going to take advice from one private citizen, but my thought is that since Elon Muąæk was allowed to lay waste to govt agencies via the fake DOGEā-shouldnāt Congress feel empowered to get rid of DHS?
The US lived without a dept of āhomelandā security until 2001, Iām sure we can live without it again.

Dear All ā I've posted some items today, and for the rest of the day, will likely be absent. As many of us are, I'm frankly washed out (and sick at heart) with news of recent days and need to take some self-mending time away from social media. There's a stack of interlibrary loan books at my elbow, demanding I read them before they become due, so my focus for the rest of the day will likely be on that reading. With good wishes to all.

A whole lot of us are full to the gills with anger now at seeing the cruelty and injustice unfolding in our country, paid for with our tax dollars, as we're lied to and lied to and lied to again.
And as loud self-professed Christians defend all of that.
So don't try to talk to me about that smashed car window and that fit of anger and don't shame yourself by saying it justifies the public execution of an innocent man.
