This nut is like Bizarro in a 1960s Superman comic. No policy he does involves logic or reason. It's all just "do everything backwards.

We had Superwoman, but we kicked her to the curb for -- reasons that I'm very sure were important at the time. So now we're on our own. Gonna have to de-Bizarro America ourselves. Roll up your sleeves, and let's get cracking.
