Nostalgic souvenirs from my adolescent trips to computer game shows in London in the late 1980s and early 1990s.

I was an Amiga game developer back then, in search of a publisher for our small team's games. It felt like visiting heaven.

@metin Funny to see how simple and handwritten these badges were back then! The conference I'm attending right now prints them on demand with zero human interaction πŸ˜…

Greetings from London! πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ πŸ’‚

@daniel @metin Totally not fakeable πŸ˜‚

@daniel @RobeeShepherd Haha, yeah, the badges were printed right at the reception of the show. πŸ˜†

They weren't always hand-written. During our first visit, our Dutch coder's name was printed incorrectly on his badge, and a Dutch friend who traveled with us laughed hard. Then, that friend's name card was handed to him, and his name was printed with errors that were even more hilarious. Finally, my name arrived correctly, because they knew how to write "Seven". πŸ˜†

@metin @RobeeShepherd Hahaha, I know how it feels to have your name hilariously misspelled πŸ˜‚
@daniel @metin Imagine being in a country where your surname is exactly the same as it is in every English dictionary yet everyone misspells it
