@textovervideo My family, or at least those of them I care enough about to stay connected with, still use old-fashioned technology. My brother and older sister only use voice phone-calls, my younger sister uses that in addition to plain text sms messaging and old-fashioned plain-text email. My friends, those of them that use the Internet, I connect with via Telegram or Mastodon.
