@w7voa If this so-called "Department Of Government Efficiency" is similarly located within the Executive Office of the President and uses EOP funding already allocated by Congress, then Trump can in fact get it off the ground without Congressional action.
@w7voa Just saw another article claiming it's not actually going to be a real government agency, it's going to be some sort of outside advisory council. Though honestly I don't think the details are solid enough yet to draw any conclusions.
