If we used ranked choice voting then the winner, if you could even call it that, was probably a Border Patrol DAC that's no longer in production.
A very clear conclusion is that it is absolutely necessary to level match when doing any testing of audio equipment. A DAC that had been low on the list suddenly moved way up when a problem with level matching was corrected.
And by unanimous decision there was no unanimous decision. The shocking result is that a $10,000 DAC was not the winner
