How is this legal?
@flexghost that's gambling, and any state that doesn't approve him specifically for this lottery has an easy case if they want it
@flexghost arrest Elon!

@JenniferSlack the government needs to seize Elon’s properties and revoke all clearance he and his companies have

how many times has he shown that he works against America’s interest and for our adversaries interest?

@flexghost will never happen — the courts will never allow the USG to seize let alone nationalize SpaceX which is his lever against the USG.

See my previous reply.

The USG is no longer in the heavy lift launch business. It’s completely dependent on Musk.

@flexghost It's not, but he's thinking that the downside is a small fine 3 years from now, and that's if Harris is elected. If Trump gets elected he's going to get rewarded for this. The sad thing is he's probably right
That certainly destroys the credibility of whatever petition that was.

@flexghost

Because it's #America - #Wunderbar !!
Let's play #Jeopardy with the #Election.

And don't let Elon win !!!

#elonmusk #USElection2024

@flexghost 💩musk needs to be deported to South Africa. #elonmusk
@flexghost bc apparently there are no laws anymore. I bet zero ppl actually get a million dollars too. Bunch of dummies being used by the worlds richest dumbass

@Utah44 @flexghost

That giant novelty check someone got is probably a million in nfts

@Utah44 @flexghost seems like 17 million for 17 votes is money really well spent.
@flexghost It’s not. But when you can afford to hire ALL the attorneys I guess you must feel above the law.

@flexghost

Sounds like a type of bribery to me.

@flexghost

And here we go:

Elon Musk is offering a $1 million award per day for swing state voters. What do legal experts say?

Election law experts said billionaire Elon Musk’s offer to award $1 million per day until the Nov. 5 election to people in swing states who sign his petition supporting the Constitution could be investigated by law enforcement.

The Tesla CEO's push raised eyebrows over the weekend – and sweeping legal questions.

Federal election law says whoever “pays or offers to pay or accepts payment either for the registration to vote or for voting” is violating the law.

Elon Musk is offering a $1 million award per day for swing state voters. What do legal experts say?

Campaign-law experts questioned the legality of billionaire Elon Musk's political group paying $1 million to people in a voter registration drive.

USA TODAY
@flexghost
Why are you advertising this?
@anderspuck
@lostgen @flexghost That Elon seems to be committing a crime?

@flexghost it’s not. However there’s something no one seems to be reporting on:

He literally controls the US Government’s access to space. From the ISS to launching military sats.

Until that changes, he’s literally untouchable.

@Dhmspector
I am pretty sure that I recently read , the feds are working on replacing his control with another company.
It definitely needs to happen soon and he needs his citizenship revoked and deport him to Africa. He's another Russian tool.
@palin until someone has the capabilities of SpaceX that’s not going to happen. See also Starlink which is now a critical infrastructure component of DoD Internet access across all 6 services.
@Dhmspector @palin
it's easier if they replace him, instead of replacing spacex
@elCelio @palin they can’t. He’s the majority owner of both SoaceX and Starlink.

@Dhmspector @palin
I think you lack imagination.

(but the Democrats have win the next US federal election)

@elCelio @palin time will tell. Sure hope someone reins him (and the other billionaire brats) in.
@elCelio
We need to win this election and the next two elections to fix the mess that a bunch of corrupt fools left behind again.
The Restupidlikkkan party must fall and another party must form.
@Dhmspector
I will hopefully run into the article again and let you know.
It's a new startup (possibly government) not finalized yet,
that was described as replacing him in entirety.
@Dhmspector @flexghost the USG is way more powerful than #EvilElon Just a matter of political will ...
@RulesBuster @flexghost lol. Not true. SpaceX is literally a private company. The USG would have to try to nationalize it or somehow order musk to do its bidding. He could refuse and let the courts figure it out. The ultra conservatives in the court would side with Musk. End of story.
@Dhmspector @flexghost the USG can seize any asset it wants ... Declare national security interest, put it in conservatorship and #Elon will have no more access. SpaceX and Starling should easily qualify.

@RulesBuster simply not true. It’s literally in the US constitution that the government can’t just seize private property for public use without compensation (Eminent Domain).. it would have to work its way thru the courts.

The best the govt could do is invoke the defense product act, and even there Musk could assert that the USG could just tell NASA to get back in the business of building rockets and to keep its hands off of a private company.

@flexghost

"it's not but he has rockets" - the US system of Justice which is different for those that can fire people

If Trump loses Musk will have to pay 15 billion in taxes. If Trump wins Musk will run our economy and you will pay his taxes

@flexghost Current US allies are watching as the states deteriorate into a capitalist hellhole.
@flexghost Vote-buying is illegal and will be punished severly—if you are a Democrat.
@flexghost wait doesn't that make, like, at least that amount of money liable for forfeiture?

@flexghost

How does that transparent slimy deviant public enemy of America still hold any DOD security clearance and gov contracts? Spacex too big to not use, contract with, to control? Is it even a tough question to answer who is bigger threat to America, tinpot djt puppet or Dr Evil puppet master?

@flexghost it’s not legal. Dude has face only a brick could love I swear

@flexghost I mean *in theory* it isn't but he is a rich white man and this is the US of A so...

is it though?

*insert meme here*

@flexghost

I’m pretty sure that it is illegal to pay someone to vote

He’s also sending out texts (impersonating Kamala’s campaign) to deceive voters

Also he is amplifying right wing voices while deplatforming left wing voices.

All the while, Merrick is hibernating

If Trump loses, Kamala should replace Merrick and (hopefully) both Trump and Musk they will go to jail.

@flexghost
Georgia made it illegal to give did and water to people waiting in line to vote

https://www.cnn.com/2021/03/26/politics/georgia-voting-law-food-drink-ban-trnd/index.html

It’s now illegal in Georgia to give food and water to voters in line

Some observers see the provision as an attempt to curb voting by urban voters and people of color who lean Democratic and whose precincts often have long waits to cast ballots.

CNN

A lawyer just uploaded a video to YouTube with his analysis of the legality of that scheme. In short it's probably not legal.
