Lashunta Inspirational Pic of the Week - ~O'Dini-Heili!~ - In Celebration of #pride
Artist: Chewin Malipunte (Chewin007 Insta). These guys are a little slighter than I typically look for in Lashunta males, but I couldn't resist the costuming!

Although #Lashunta society doesn't discriminate on romantic preference, it is required to happen under the auspices of the Damaya Matriarchy. Thus men focusing on this kind of relationship risk losing a social-support vector. Within society, such couples typically dwell within the household of a mother or sister, according them a place in society and advocating for them.

If a couple of men can't find that kind of matronage, they risk being even further marginalized. There is, however, another option.

Hunters bring back tales of ~Disadama~ - Men's Hunting Camps - hiding out in the wilderness beyond the cities' reach.

...Since the ratio of outlaws is disproportionately male (due to the female right to banish), some men have built their own settlements deep within the rainforest. They have developed their own communities, enacted laws, and live as they see fit.

Many outlaws drift through these hunting camps, seeking help, although the hetero-inclined often leave to seek relationships fitting their preferences (possibly seeking a pardon or matronage that will disregard their alleged offense). Yet for Lashunta males seeking to love and live as they wish, the men-only places become a dream come true.

There is, however, a risk. The cities' may be aware of established hunting camps but prefer to ignore them. If, however, a city perceives such an outlaw settlement as a threat for any reason - economic, legal, or even an offense to pride - they will take action. A company of Shotalashu cavalry with Korasha auxiliaries will soon come invading along the treepaths, at which point tragedy will ensue.
