josefwhy on earth havent i been pronouncing windows subsystem for linux (wsl) as "weasel". surely i would have thought of it by now
on wsl, you must elide the end of the script and create the directories using minkdir. stoat them to make sure they've been created, then poll 'cat' a few times to check on their contents

@jk because technically it's the #LinuxSubsystemForWindows [#LSW or "Lasow"] and not #WindowsSubsystemForLinux [Which is #wine as it provides #Windows - #API's and #ABI's under #Linux.]

Jake The Fox@jk I wouldn't bear using Windows for 1 minute. It's always broken. Installs apps without your permission, spies on everything you do. Saves pointless shadow copies. Shares updates to other computers, this can't be officially disabled (only downloading).
All this just slows your computer down and can't be disabled without unguaranteed interventions.
This is why most people throw away their notebook after 1 year and buy a new one. Overpriced and useless repair centers will NOT help.
