Does that mean "We" can finally (fork and…)RENAME it, so that its name actually makes sense?

I'd vote for #LSW - #Linux Subsystem for #Windows!

…because that's exactly what it IS - it's Linux, in a sub-system, and it's for/on Windows!

Let's solve ONE of the 2 most difficult problems in #ComputerScience:

✅ naming things
😅 cache invalidation
🤣 off-by-1 errors

Wir blicken auf 3 Wochen voller spannender Veranstaltungen im Rahmen der Linken Studiwochen zurück.

Den Anfang machte unser monatlicher Offener Antifa Abend, der sich dieses Mal mit Fallstricken und Perspektiven von antifaschistischer Arbeit in Ostdeutschland beschäftigt hat. Vielen Dank an die Genossen aus Sachsen-Anhalt für den tollen Vortrag!

@jalefkowit or just use #Linux instead or use #btrfs or #ext4 which #Windows suooorts due to the #LinuxSubsystemForWindows (calling it the other way aroundbis just wrong - period!)

@Linux_Is_Best Only 4 issues:

1. They don't tell devs to just yeet Windows and be done with it.

2. They don't admit "#SecureBoot" to solely exist as #CensorBoot to block #Linux installations.

3. They still call their "#LinuxSubsystemForWindows" (#LSW) the wrong way around "#WindowsSubsystemForLinux" which is wrong because it's not #Wine / #Proton that allows running #Windows #Applications on #Linux.

4. They don't do an actual #Windows subsystem for #Linux aka. kill Windows and support Wine!
