unshakeable and constant anxiety

@nickythehero I just wanted to tell you that I looked at this graphic at first because I wasn't sure if I (AA) had experienced burnout officially. I don't know why, but seeing this it finally clicked, probably because I Immediately realized that I have been in Autistic burnout since the beginning of the year without understanding what was going on. It makes perfect sense considering how hectic 2023 was for me, and this spells out my issues Exactly. Thank you for posting.
@nickythehero i have most of these, most days. I just had to explain to someone today, in response to why I was turning down a social invitation, that even if the attendees were made up solely of the biggest loves of my life, I'd still would not want to go. (But, in that case, would of course force myself to attend because, obviously, they are the loves of my life).
@nickythehero Most of these seem pretty generic or feel applicable to burnout in general.
Not saying these are wrong but I don't generally see how these wouldn't apply to neurotypical individuals aswell.

@nickythehero

I kind of think it's important to note that with the exception of 'special interests unappealing', these are also all signs of a burnout for neurotypicals.

@nickythehero

It is very similar with hyperarousal which I am experiencing on daily basis.

@nickythehero Oh! Been having all of these for over half a year now, that's probably bad 🫡
