first thing is that they vow to go by the constitution, human right agreements and so on. i don’t think any of past governments has had to specifically say that out loud.

they define racism and fall short of the international agreements.

they spread the responsibility of fighting racism on to whole finland, when the reason for this paper was racism inside _government_.

everyone needs to fight racism and it is important, that i know.
