@smit Best cheese substitute I've had is Violife block mozzarella. I may have had some one-off, homemade ones that are better, but I can't recall one.

@D_J_Nathanson from this distance, #SCOTUS looks compromised by political considerations.

Is there a realistic way to get the court to make decisions on the law rather than ideology? Or is that not even the right question?

@damienhurrell Probably not the right question. Decisions have always been political. It’s just that the very few guardrails imposed by public scrutiny and self-restraint are largely gone. As with most things, the only real solve is larger societal change.

@scribblemacher Yes, I do. And not much! Obviously, it depends on how much I’m driving. I actually did the numbers a few years ago and the cost was significantly less than if I had paid for gas. (Note my city has a municipal aggregated electricity contract so we’re a little insulated from rate hikes.)
