Evidence was my favorite course in law school. It was also my favorite course to teach in law school. Both of those things probably put me in the .0009% of lawyers. But, really, I love this topic because it is kind of the most amazing puzzle game and also a key part of my work as a litigator.

Yes, that space... 🚀 I’m a subject matter expert on jurisdiction in space and I also regularly publish and present on space law issues including creating a space legacy for future generations, the intersection of space law and employment law (see, I really do do everything employment law), and space governance.
🥇 Everything Employment Law
Okay, maybe not everything, but what I have kind of become known for in the local legal community is my employment law practice. So everything from wage and hour and paid sick leave to wrongful termination and harassment to PAGA and class actions. And, yes, mainly California employment law, though I do do a lot of multi-jurisdictional employment compliance counseling for my clients as well.
