Pierre@Cascadianprepper @taylorlorenz yes it would have to be. Also given the website requires you to be logged in to see anything as well. So by nature the traffic should be way down. Cloudflare CEO confirmed this by showing the DNS traffic graph

It's probably something like that, but I still find it confusing. It's not like you'd ever _not_ meter that across all users.

wasabi brain@taylorlorenz I didn’t see any business media push back when Elon claimed twitter was going to become cash flow positive this year. Was it based on not paying vendors (building rent, google cloud, law firms, etc)? If I were a Tesla shareholder I’d probably expect to hear that Elon sold another $3-5b this year to subsidize twitter further

StarkOnly time will tell if this is permanent. Many people left #Twitter after the #Elon debacle and came here or just left the space completely, but soon returned to #Twittwr. With them seeing some all-time highs in the recent weeks.
Whether #Threads will hold the line, users returning tk #Twitter or people coming to #Mastoson or the #Fediverse, we will have to wait and see.
