In a nutshell, he posits that Trump couldn't pardon all the January 6th insurrectionists, because he would have to pardon all the leaders as well, and the presidential pardon only accounts for federal crimes. And he and his people would be required to structure the parties in such a way that it would provide a roadmap for how each state could prosecute them.

The Justice Department has obtained further evidence suggesting Trump committed criminal obstruction of justice.

Investigators are being guided by emails and texts from a former Trump aide, which have shed light on important events from last year.

Anonymous sources close to the investigation have confirmed that this evidence points to Trump possibly going through boxes of documents after receiving a subpoena.
