@fbry Not sure if you want to try for more reach but, if you take this toot and add hashtags in front of words that pertain to your talent and field, It may help. Same goes for any languages you are proficient in.

Also, there are hashtags of GetHired FediHire SeekingWork and RemoteWork which many job seekers are using. Also, try searching the hashtag FediJobs as that is where Im finding notice of job openings

@fbry ngl the character limit gets tight. Worst case scenario: you can split your post up into two posts. Make sure the second post is added as a reply to the first one. That way it stays together when viewing your post in Conversation View
