I usually have 1 #banana, 1/2 scoop #whey #protein + 1/2 scoop #vegan protein + 4 Brazil #nuts and a couple of other nuts for breakfast. Somehow this makes me nauseated and just doesn't seem to sit well with my stomach. Oh, and a few #supplements - #creatine, #vitamins C&D, vitamin B complex, #magnesium, fish oil. I also used to take #psyllium husk but it just makes the breakfast feel even heavier. Gotta see which of all these elements may be upsetting my stomach...
I keep having fishy burps, could the nuts and the fish oil capsule be making the whole thing too oily? 🤔
@muiiio any kind of protein powder makes me feel sick - I’ve been using hulled hemp instead. But also yeah - the fish oil might be an issue. Maybe have it in the afternoon instead? Good luck!
@EeeeWooo Thanks! Btw, I used to add some hemp protein years ago but that totally upset my stomach for the whole day, not sure why... So I gave it up.

@EeeeWooo I only had skir today, and a cup of coffee, so I feel much better, but still not ideal. I am thinking, could the coffee also be an issue? Darnit...
