Yes, they were doing it on purpose because both Ivory for Mac and the new Max streaming service both launched today.
My point was that Ivory is a great Mac app, but the new apps for Max suck and are worse than the previous HBOMAX apps. And thus they might not want to associate their great app with such crap.
Yeah I get all that, but my point remains - most likely no-one using Ivory *really* cares enough about that HBO or Max shit to make the connection that you have

Mike McNamara@dgoldsmith @mark So strange! I can read the story but not download the Mac app yet 😄 Just tells me it's not compatible with my device! The story is out there before the app actually launches I guess?
@MikeMcNamara @mark I think you might be finding the iOS version if you're getting "not compatible with your device.” The macOS version isn't showing up in searches yet (at least for me), only the story (where the “GET" button is disabled).
