All Electric Family

We were traveling for the holidays when we ran into more car troubles. One thing led to another and we were driving home in a new car, a 2024 Ford Mustang Mach-E. Our house is already all-electric with electric appliances, a heat pump, and solar panels on the roof. This finished up our conversion to relying exclusively on electricity for all of our utility needs (although we do offset some of our heat with a wood stove).

1000 Pounds on the Aillio R1 Coffee Roaster

I originally drafted this a few weeks (months?) ago as a potential idea for a YouTube video, but I’m really not a YouTuber and maybe text is best. In April of 2019 (shortly after our first son was born) I got my Aillio Bullet R1V2. Since then, I’ve roasted over 1000 pounds of green coffee and I figured now was a good time to go over some of my experiences and tips.

Lando Vs Max is the new Lewis vs Max.
Hoping to see a new Mac Mini tomorrow (or this week), I just hope it looks more interesting than just a Mini in an Apple TV case 😅.
Playdate Store

It’s yellow. It fits in your pocket. There’s a crank. It comes with 24 free games to get you started. Say hi to Playdate from Panic.

@gruber As far as I can tell, Home Depot is using the same POS terminals and just enabled the tap to pay bit. I love how Walmart has a metal bracket covering theirs.
