@mattblaze DeSantis rants at an ambitious but bumbling minion, who misinterprets the rant as a plausible-deniability order in not so many words, to assassinate the royals. After the first noisy failed assassination, DeSantis realizes what happened and sends another bumbling minion to try to stop the first. They both fail, a royal accidentally dies, etc.
