I'm as upset as anyone about fraudulent DMCA requests, individuals and companies harassing people for using public domain materials and things the complainer doesn't own. But if it's actually *yours*, if you're not caught doing fraud, you should surely get to send demands protecting your property every waking moment, as harshly as you like, if that's your thing?
Otherwise what even *is* the DMCA? How does it protect creators on Twitter?

I believe that the Saudis will pay off the creditors (pre-arranged) and end up owning twitter for a fraction of what elon paid.
