These are NOT incredibly stupid people. So why does it not ever occur to them that plenty of accts are created, Follow a few ppl, then are never heard from again. His 100m followers is probably 1-10m live accts, 10k of which actually view few enough accts to see his daily, 100k who might IF they open at the right time AND get through everything they follow will see a particular tweet.
