In Putin's long and boring Valdai speech today, this aside about Korea caught my ear. Given the thousands of North Korean troops reportedly now deployed or en route to the Kursk region, comparing NATO encroachment in Ukraine to "what's happening on the Korean Peninsula" rings alarm bells.
