That Neapolitan style pizza would cost me $17-22 plus tax and tip, depending where I go. But I use a 500gr container of bocconcini and I get 3-4 pizzas from it for $10. A jar of pizza sauce is $2 and I get 4-5 pizzas from that. Dough maybe costs 50-75 cents.

It costs me $4-6 to make a pizza of this quality, depending on topping choices.

All you need is a pizza steel or a 12” cast iron pan and some sourdough starter. You could do it with yeast too but that’s a different recipe.
