@[email protected] yes, many #mecfs and #LongCovid patients have tried it. I am taking it too. If you have #MCAS have to be more careful. #NattoSerra combination works well for fibrin #microclots.

@MEActNOW Can I ask in what way you need to be more careful with it if you have #MCAS? I have both MCAS and #MECFS and didn't tolerate nattokinase the first time I tried it.
@ninahatfield #Nattokanise contains #histamine which you know, is an issue with #MCAS. Some take it and then take George's Distilled Aloe water.... however, it does not work for some. Lumbrokinase is an alternative, but much more exepensive (also, fewer studies conducted).
@MEActNOW oh wow, I didn’t know it contained histamine. No wonder. Thank you!

@ninahatfield it is an enzyme derived from fermented soy beans and contains histamine. I have mild MCAS.

@MEActNOW @ninahatfield I wonder if it’s tolerable so long as those sensitive are on multiple MCAS meds that would counteract the histamine harm? Like how before I couldn’t tolerate many foods but on said meds, now I can
