@ninahatfield #Nattokanise contains #histamine which you know, is an issue with #MCAS. Some take it and then take George's Distilled Aloe water.... however, it does not work for some. Lumbrokinase is an alternative, but much more exepensive (also, fewer studies conducted).

@catchthebaby _ a lot of us #pwME and #LongCovid have been benefiting from #NattoSerra enzymes as prescriptions for anti-clotting meds have not been easy to get.
A lot of literature about #Nattokanise is available in NIH studies. Worked for me.
