TIL that the histamine content in trout can vary wildly based on the temperature of its living environment, which is probably why I was doing ok eating trout from Washington, but because of the tariffs just found out it now comes from Argentina and is probably why I've been having an allergy attack since 2am this morning. Holy crap. Will not be making that mistake again. Three types of antihistamines and no end in sight.
