For once I'd like to see companies and especially the more profitable ones say we have enough money. We don't need to empower fascist tendencies with our revenue dollars.
@taylorlorenz rent free in his head. Of course by their stated policies you'd be told to delete the tweet, not perma'd.
But I think we should all be done pretending this isn't all just vibes
@taylorlorenz @jack @oldcdnguy they also axed Revue the day after jack used it
elon is trying his best to piss in jack’s cornflakes
@taylorlorenz Utter bullshit, but one of the wealthiest people in the world is burning their website to the ground just to justify excluding you.
that's fucking insane.
Free promotion
@taylorlorenz The thing is that your post DOESN’T violate that policy. None of your other accounts were created with the purpose of promoting a different social media network.
It’s half sloppiness and half capriciousness. He probably wrote it himself.
@taylorlorenz
Probably specifically changed the 'rules' to keep people from telling others where they can find you.
There's that level of forbidden detail.
It's your fault!!
@taylorlorenz
Many of us have links to other platforms in their bios now.
Guess we will all be banned sooner or later, so Apartheid Clyde will be able to bask in the adulation of his fan bots in peace.
BTW, had to re-follow your account on Twitter.
The King of Idiocy has spoken to his subjects.
There is no market dominance by twitter so it wont be a problem.
@cellularmoose @taylorlorenz
> Or am I missing the satire (as per your name)?
No satire in this case, sorry, I will have to focus more on using the respective profiles for the respective comments ..
My comment was simply repeating the opinion of a EU (german) lawyer out here who actually is in a litigation with tw about something else.
Yes, the opinion is that as a social media company it hasn't a market dominance, meta or alphabet might have but not twitter.
As what I understand by the comment of @Anwalt_Jun yes. Twitter doesn't have a market dominance that implies some kind of monopoly. I guess to argue that that's the case for #journalism doesn't work.
huh?
According to that tweet, shouldn't they have [retroactively] removed your tweet, NOT your account?
(I'm not on that other site, but I'm pretty sure your account wasn't "created solely for the purpose of promoting other social platforms")
