I have suffered from #ADHD symptoms my whole adult life. Never knew I had them-I just enjoyed very good multitasking capabilities and very deep focus while stopping doing any tasks which were not new and super interesting, finding constantly something new to do and having so many other #neurodivergent symptoms

Then, over year listening several hundreds of people describing their life and symptoms very similar to mylife through #adhdawarenesss campaigns, I have had to admit to myself I have them

I was socially taught since kid a very good #adhd #autism #masking, which I kept very on top and active and after about 35 years of my life, I have gradually managed to let it go, at least among my own family.

My wife and my kid are the same: We are weird happy #neurospicy family which might appear outwards quite normal-ish while operating with others, since masking is still an issue, but we can live our life as we are inside our own house.
