@nielspflaeging no I’m not familiar with #BetaCodex. I’ll be checking it out. In 2007 I stared a radically decentralized business (DesignThinkers Group) based on a similar philosophy. We ended up with 24 self-steering teams in 24 countries across the world. I sold my shares in 2020 and am now developed a new connected-business, building on the learning and mistakes we made. And we made plenty 😉
