@Memeghnad yes, Sunbird Trust in the Northeast is building schools, hostels, nutritional support facilities in places way beyond the Govt reach. Where students of all religions and tribes stay and study together. Teachers both local and volunteers from the mainland. Administrative expenses less than 1% of the money deployed. Run by my army coursemate Col Christopher Rego (retd). He became an Ashoka Trustee within two years of starting.
